Ham Seasoning Ingredients

2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
2 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon nutmeg

Ham Seasoning Method

Combine all ingredients and rub on outside of ham. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Removed excess seasoning before cooking.

Ham Glaze Ingredients

2 cups Apple Cider
1 cup Maple Syrup
Salt and Pepper

Ham Glaze Method

Mix well and baste every 30 minutes

Apple Cider Cherry Sauce Ingredients

1 gallon apple cider
2 cups onion, rough chop
1 cup celery, rough chop
1 cup carrot, rough chop
10 garlic cloves
3 cinnamon sticks
2 tablespoon whole cloves
1 pound cherries
1/2 cup sugar
salt and pepper

Apple Cider Cherry Sauce Method

Place inside smoker and reduce while smoking the ham. When ham is finished cooking, strain out vegetables and reduce to sauce consistency.
