One Chic Boutique

Tucked away among numerous places lining the Port Warwick shopping center in Newport News, you’ll find a cozy store with the words “P.S. Paperie” scripted above its windows. Inside, two stores, The Boutique at Port Warwick and P.S. Paperie, combine to create one chic boutique. From custom invitations to coffee tumblers and sorority-themed luggage tags, P.S. Paperie is the perfect place to go before heading off to school.

P.S. Paperie has been around for more than 20 years. The original name of the store was P.S. I Love You, but as time passed it changed to The Boutique at Port Warwick. P.S. Paperie was just next door to the boutique, and owner Vicki Freeman decided to merge the two stores together. Now P.S. Paperie does custom work for clients with its two graphic designers, Sarah Barber and Norri Bibeau, and offers brands such as Vera Bradley and Lilly Pulitzer.

“P.S Paperie has a new look, store manager Debbie Fisher says. “Recently merged with The Boutique, we are all comfortably settling into new surroundings.”
