Dr. Cami U. Jordan earned her Bachelors and Medical degrees from Tulane University. She then did her pediatric internship and residency at the University of Virginia. After working at UVA as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and as a Student Health attending physician, she relocated to Virginia Beach with her family where she has practiced General Pediatrics for the past 7 years. She has a special interest in adolescent medicine, anxiety and depression in children, and eating disorders.
Dr. Jordan is board certified in pediatrics. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Society For Adolescent Medicine. She has lectured to pediatric residents at UVA, CHKD and at pediatric conferences. Dr. Jordan was chosen as a “Super Doc” in 2011 by Hampton Roads magazine.
Dr. Jordan is married to Louis Jordan MD, who is an orthopedic surgeon at the Jordan Young Institute of Orthopedic Surgery. They have 2 boys, Andrew and Cole who are avid lacrosse players. In her free time she enjoys playing USTA tennis, exercising at Jim White fitness, reading, and cooking. In addition she is involved in various community service organizations.
