Crafting Cuteness One Order at a Time

Who would have known a simple moose punch found in a stationery store would give Virginia Beach resident Jacqueline Nimrichter the idea to create her own line of crafty casual creations?

Jacqueline’s passion for paper creations began in 2009 when she opened her Etsy Shop, Scraps of Life. “I decided to quit my job and finally make a career for myself doing something that I love,” says Jacqueline. Scraps of Life features invitations, stationery and favors for special events such as weddings and showers.

In 2010 Jacqueline realized that her love for making cards and gifts was larger than she thought. “I discovered that I love to make cards and gifts for any occasion, or for no occasion at all,” says Jacqueline. So, one day while shopping, a moose punch at a stationery store caught her eye, and My Paper Moose came alive.

Jacqueline uses products from Stampin’ Up! to make her cute creations and works as an independent demonstrator on her downtime by holding in-home workshops where she teaches new crafting techniques and shows crafters the basics of creating projects.

If there’s paper around, Jacqueline can and will create something out of it. She’s made cards, advent calendars, perpetual calendars and more. “I love coming up with fun ideas and I definitely thrive on customizing items when customers are looking for something very specific,” says Jacqueline.
