DIY Dog Treat Tote Bags

Irresistible Pets

It gets so hectic and crazy during the holiday season with all the events, shopping, and obligations we have on top of that! Whew, I’m tired just thinking about it. It’s easy to lose sight of those in need during this time of year. The irony is that the holidays are really about family and feeling grateful for all that we have. I just partnered with to help spread random “crafts” of kindness this holiday season. I was tasked with creating a craft for someone using products from their website.

I decided to give back to some local dogs in need at the Virginia Beach Animal Care Center, located on Birdneck Road. You can see some of their pets available for adoption here.

I crafted some mini dog treat tote bags and stuffed them with my homemade Christmas Cookie dog treat recipe. You can get the instructions to make some of these for yourself or some dogs in need on my blog, Irresistible Pets.

I sure hope some lucky dogs enjoy these “irresistible” treats!

How are you planning on giving back this holiday season?
