A suspicious letter with the message, “To see wrong and not expose it, is to become a silent partner in its continuance,” was intercepted by the U.S. Secret Service after it reportedly tested positive for the toxin ricin on Wednesday. A similar letter was sent to Sen. Roger Wicker (R. Miss.) on Tuesday. Letters sent to the White House are first sent to a screening facility outside Washington before getting sent to the White House mail office. (Source)

After a suspicious duffel bag was found at a Virginia Beach Post Office on Wednesday, a bomb unit was brought to the scene and confirmed that it was just a bag full of notebooks and papers.
