Something New: Wedding Words




Recently, the Boston Globe featured an article on the wording that surrounds weddings. We use the words so often, but rarely stop to think about their origins.

For example, did you know that wedlock was originally wedlac or the origins of the word bridegroom actually included the word “goom?”
